    Every member of The Southern New Mexico Chapter is a conservationist on many levels. From their membership dollars that go to support the SCI Foundation's global activities, to local chapter projects, to support of federal and local game and fish agencies through purchase of licenses and sporting equipment, members of  SCI are conservationists of the best kind.

Christmas Party

2014 SNMSCI Christmas Party
 
When:   December 12, 2014 
Time:    Board Meeting. 5:30 PM.   Party 7:00 PM
Where:   Herb and Marla Atkinson home 2505 Coronado Drive. Roswell, NM
Meal:     SNMSCI  will provide complete meal from Rib Crib except deserts. If you can bring 
               A desert that would be GREAT.
 
NEW THIS YEAR:    MUG Gift exchange. Please bring a mug with some type of gift valued at $20.00 or less. This should be in a gift bag.  If you are a man should be for a man, if woman for a woman.  ie if for a man a mug with ..22 shells or for a woman, mug with a gift card.  Just suggestions.  We will then do the numbers to pick. Should be a good time.  This will get us to know each other a little better.
 
Also, if you have a friend you want to get involved in SCI bring them.  What a great way  to introduce them to our organization.

SNM Safari Club

SNM SCIThe Southern New Mexico Chapter of the Safari Club International is proud to represent over 200 SCI members in New Mexico. We promote ethical hunting, the sound conservation of our natural resources, and advocating hunting and hunter’s rights. We are also deeply committed to educating the public and actively involved in humanitarian projects. Our Chapter is proud to be part of an International organization that has been highly successful in its efforts to maintain and improve wildlife habitats and hunting opportunities in many countries worldwide. We are doing our part in building the future and in preserving the centuries old heritage of hunting.

The Safari Club International has a membership approaching 50,000 members, which are active sportsmen and women in over thirty-seven (37) countries. SCI reports that the SCI Membership spends nearly $440 million annually on hunting related activities and in supporting conservation programs throughout the world, which also strengthens rural economies that are dependent on hunting and wildlife recreation.

Donate to SNM SCI

Southern New Mexico SCI welcomes donations of all types.  Monetary donations go towards our conservation, education & youth programs right here in Southern New Mexico.  We also appreciate the donation of hunts and merchandise.  We auction off a variety of items at our Annual Fundraiser in February, which helps fund numerous programs for SNM-SCI.  If you are interested in making a donation please contact us!
